Registered Charity: The Platform Fee is reduced to 0% upon verification of charity number.
Not-For-Profit: Upon approval, the platform fee is 0%.
Community Classes: The 0% platform fee also applies to community-driven, non-commercial classes. Eligible activities include educational or community-focused offerings such as language classes, local dance groups, or hobby sessions organised by individuals or non-profits. Any organisation with salaried staff, recurring business revenues, or professional commercial operations—such as commercial studios or profit-oriented training centres—is excluded. Our focus is on empowering grassroots, volunteer-led, or educational initiatives that enrich local communities.
